We were renting after relocating 2017 and were in the process of researching on our own our house. We stumbled upon Julie while we were visiting open houses....while we were not interested in the open house she was show casing she took time to take notes of what we were interested in and followed up with suggested houses that matched what we were looking for. Julie was very detailed in finding us the right home while not inundating with an excessive amount of homes. It was like she narrowed down on what we would be interested in seeing and nailed it. Julie made sure to check in with us (while not bombarding us) and was very accommodating on short notice walk throughs. When it came to the possible house Julie was an excellent guide in walking us through the process of CDDs (we never had this in our previous state of NC), assisted with negotiations and working with the seller's agent working late into a Sunday evening to ensure we secured the house. JoAnn and I have been so fortunate to meet Julie Bentley. We were moving to the Jacksonville area from out of state. Julie had worked with our son's family on their move and they were pleased to recommend we meet with Julie. Julie was very responsive to our needs; that we were moving from out of state, we were downsizing and we were semi-retired. She took us to tour several homes over several days before we selected the right one for us. But the real blessing that endeared us to Julie came when we were following her to the office to close on the home we selected. It was raining and our vehicle was struck from behind. The accident totaled our vehicle. While we dealt with the police, fire department and the wrecker, Julie called her office and alerted the staff. The staff was waiting when we arrived. After we completed the closing Julie and JoAnn finally convinced me to visit the emergency room. Though everything was fine Julie remained with JoAnn in the lobby and then arranged for 2 young men to unload the UHaul with Julie and JoAnn's help until I was released. When moving day came Julie's sign in the yard welcoming JoAnn and me home was the final touch.We were blessed to work with Julie; we were happy with the home we selected but her attention to our needs and requirements and her going beyond the call in making a bad situation successful was extraordinary! I don't know that we will move again, we are very satisfied with our home, but if we do, Julie will be our first call.
